What the teams say.
Mandates in industrial project management, Indigenous entrepreneurship and mentoring. Three different settings, one constant: leaving skills behind rather than a dependency.
I worked with Louis-Philippe in 2025, when he supported my team in rolling out an integrated cadence for the weekly performance reviews within IOC's project management office (PMO).
What I appreciated from the start is that he did not simply apply the operational standard as it came. He took the time to understand how a PMO actually works, then adapted the model to our specific needs, so that it served our project delivery reality rather than adding another layer of reporting.
He then coached our facilitators directly on running the meetings. The difference showed quickly: discussions refocused on the critical issues and the KPIs that genuinely deserved our attention and, above all, on the actions to take, assign and follow up on.
The result is very concrete for us: markedly more effective meetings, in less time than before.
Louis-Philippe is a thoughtful and pragmatic coach who leaves the team with skills rather than a dependency. I recommend him without hesitation to any organization looking to strengthen its performance management practices.
When I started Créations Puamun, everything was done in the basement of the house. The business grew fast, maybe faster than I could handle on my own, between production, training and orders.
Louis-Philippe came along at the right moment. He does not take anyone's place: he works alongside us. For our expansion project, he coached the team at every step — comparing bids, quantifying what the project would save us, structuring the financing — but the decisions stayed ours. It was the same for our fashion show: he coached us through the funding and sponsorship applications, and we were the ones who walked on stage.
Since then, he has continued to support me in bringing my projects to life and securing the funding we need. What I value most is that he took the time to understand our reality: an Indigenous business in a remote region, a family business, a cultural undertaking. He never tried to fit us into a mould. He translates what we do into the language of funders, without distorting it.
Today the business is solid, and I can focus on what really matters: creating, and passing our craft on to the next generation.
Louis-Philippe mentored me for a financial management course. He helped me understand the concepts I found difficult by taking the time to explain them in plain terms, with concrete examples. I appreciated the way he explains things — I did very well in that course, in large part thanks to him.
